I bought a hero electric wave dx from shreyansh hero electric vindhyanagar singrauli (m.p) the agency never service my bike and always say to service next time.after 4month from purchasing the bike the batteries stop working. But the dealer is saying to pay 20000 for new batteries and not providing the warranty which is 1 year warranty and they never suggest a solution for my problem.my bike is in agency from 8months. The agency is saying to pay 20000 for batteries or go back to your house .we can't do anything for your problem..so please file my complaint and notify me...
