Paytm did not refund

Respected Sir/Mam
I Mr Sankarsan Behera,I belongs to lower middle class doing a private company job,to secure my family from covid 19, I plan to purchase a family floter health policy,I receved a call from oriental health india on 11sep.2020 about offer in health policy,they sent me policy cover details in mail,then after two days continue talking ,I purchase this policy using my ICICI credit card through Paytm on 12 sept 2020 ,After purchase they did not provide me any policy or nor response my call.

After that From date 15/09/20, I continue mail to paytm cybercell about this fraud case,I also complain in National cyber crime portal on date 18/09/20 ,submitted all related document in mail and whats up and I personally meet cyber cell officer sir .

On other hand Paytm has block this fake business account,recovered amount.But paytm still did not refund this amount to me, demanding official mail from cyber police but still no mail or action taken by cyber cell silvassa from the date of complain.

Sir I am a common people,this amount is big amount for me,I request , please sir help me in this matter.
