I had placed an order for a michael kors bag from elitify. Its been close to two months now and i dont know the where abouts of my product.
First the representative mr vinay khubchandni got in touch with me and assured that the order will arrive on time and will be authentic.
However now he fails to take my calls or reply to my msgs. The customer care does not respond to my emails.
I need a complete refund of my advance amount,
Please help me regarding this
