Hi,
I tried to recover my gmail account prasannakumar413@gmail.com. I am having only one phone number and it is validating phone number properly but the sent verification code is not received by my phone number. I checked with the network operator , there is no issue at all with the network and moreover I am receiving OPT for other website such as paytm, banking sms alerts but only gmail website is not sending Verification code to my mobile number.Could you please look in to this? as I am having some important documents in this mail only. Very bad experience by Gmail. I never think about such bad experience I would face because of google. Please do needful at least for one time so that I will take backup of my documents and I will stop to use gmail at all.
