I applied for personal Loan from Ultimate Finance Company Rajasthan for Rs.50 Thousand and I was instructed to pay Rs.3500/- as percessing charges and after making payment I was instructed to pay 3 advance Emi of Rs. 13815 which I paid but till date the amoutn has not been disbursed to my account.please help me out for obtaining refund of my paid amount.
