He has to say you have to win snapdeal bumper offer tata safari .so you have to pay registration fee 6450 ruppes.after pay 6450 ruppes it send a message high amount to transfer to your account so bank will take a charge 25700. Them after I will pay 25700 .again it will send a message to me Gst bill again you will pay.then again I will pay 8800 .then after again he will demand more money. then after I have no pay more money.
