Mandatorily demanding Rs.10 for 5rs token

Everyday i park my bike in Thanjavur new bus stand, municipality bike stand. I own pulsar bike.,they forcibly demanding Rs.10 for the token mentioning Rs.5. they are not collecting Rs.10 to everyone but only to Pulsar bike's. They won't change token for thise bikes. They are looting Rs.5 to everyone in the stand who owns these bikes. What's wrong with them for owning pulsar bike's. Kindly take action against those frauds. If possible, cancel their tender or ask them to issue Rs.10 token. Please help other's to save Rs.5 everyday from those fraudsters.
