Dear Sir,

I am Ritesh singh, we booked Moto G 5 Plus (OD109928939150423000) with this no. 7503664237 on Date 11 Aug 2017, so here we have two options, one is free of cost delivery & other is after one day delivery but pay 70 Rs extra then we are choose this options bcz we have urgent requirement, after that we pay 13750 Rs , then from your site commitment, Item will be delivered on 12 August 2017 but that day material not delivered, we are waiting 12 August & 13 August after that we complain customer care on 14 Aug, he told today evening it will be delivered bt we are not received, now we are waiting 14 August & 15 August, now we again complain on customer care (IN1708132016297759053 ) & he told me today it will be delivered & your deadline is 18 August, but today is 17 August, you are late 6 Days & we are paid 13750 Rs but no any response from your site, we want know what is difference between free of delivery & urgent delivery, if you have not stock or shipping problem then why you book my order. Reality we are not satisfied for your commitment, so this type happening called Fraud.
So please give me urgent solutions.
