i am complaining against army man he cheated me actually he sold his mobile on olx, he said to me that you make such a payment, your mobile will be delivered at your home and I'm sending 15 thousand through paytm and card. He deal with me on 20 thousand so i said 5 thousand send u aftr deliver mobile Now he is not giving me mobile and refunding money...he's mobile no. - 9776708996 and paytm no.is 7302383880 kindly take action..
