I ordered a black kurti set (3 piece) from https://phen-nava.com/ However, when i opened the courier i received a yellow single kurti which is cheap and flimsy. I got cheated, as I had to pay to the Ekart delivery boy (700) rupees before opening the package. I need a refund or an exchange, but their website does not have a contact address. I also realized later that their images on the website are stolen from other websites like Biba clothing etc and I found several complaints against them on https://www.complaintlists.com/trrandz-who-is-selling-products-under-the-name-of-phe-nava-wrong-different-product-delivered/
