This is to inform you that I had worked for Richfeel for 9 months . I had given my best in each & every contribution towards work. Currently I am facing very tough time of mine as my father health is not well & I need money for his treatment & medication . I am only single person in my family for earning .
I had words with Ajit Sir regarding my Provident Fund amount AND LAST MONTH SALARY for not deposited .
I am continuously follow up on calls with Ajit Sir & Head office staff regarding this issue but not getting any suitable answer for my problem. Also my Full & final amount cheque not received.
When I was working in richfeel if in Audit a short difference was found Company had right to deduct the amount from Accountant Salary but in my Case Company had done fraud against my Provident Fund Account and last month salary for not submitted my hard earned money in it . In my Passbook they have also submitted short amount . In this Situation what step Should I take now ? I already informed to HOD's in richfeel .
but from richfeel side I am facing this problem that I am not be able to think about to withdraw my PF amount .
If they had deducted amount from my Salary at that time then why they had not deposited in my PF account .......?
They had done Fraud & cheat with one their Hard working employee . My main reason for Job switch is also included in this.
I had no option now & i am feeling like harassment & fraudy too .
If i will do any wrong think with me for this incidence RICHFEEL COMPANY will responsible for this .
I HOPE I AM WAITING FOR POSITIVE RESPONSE.
Kindly , Request you to solve my issue as soon as possible .I will be very thankful to you .
