I am a tenant in Nestaway rental services. I offboarded Nestaway on 12th september 2020, they have not refunded my full deposit till now and also i went to there Hsr office they didnt let me to meet any concerned person for the issue . They are not picking the calls ...not even there area managers and customer care . Customer care is taking so much time and also not responding on to the tickets raised for the issues and are always faking that they are going to provide you the full support . Please take strict action against Nestaway.
