Life Cell company preserves Stem Cells of New Bron Baby for 21 or 75 yrs according to plan purchsed by customer.
Life Cell reprenstative Rahul Nayak visited our house dated approx 2-3rd Week of June. He told us about the plans of preserving stem cell of new born child.
At that time we wanted some time to think about the same, but Rahul Nayak told us in case if we want some time we can give him future Dated Cheques and take our time whether we want
to opt for plan or not. In case if we don't want to Opt for the plan we can tell him anytime he will cancel the plan. We agree to his word and so we gave him post dated cheque
of dated 22.8.19 and ecs documents. so that if we may want to open the case with life cell the same can be opened on 22.08.19 BUT NOT BEFORE THAT.
This was our consent at that time. and if we want to not to go for the case we can cancel the same before lodging the case i.e. 22.08.19.but they fraudulently register my case
before 22.08.2019 and opened the case on 18.07.2019 with Bjaj Finserv for ECS purpose.
Later we came to know that registeration fees amount 767/- has to paid in order to open account and our cheque was of 22nd AUg then how account was opened before that date?
And who paid 767 rs/-
We send them cancellation mail on dated 21.08.2019 i.e. before the date of lodging the case given by us.
we were already asking Rahul Nayak to close the case since 15th august but he did not inform us anything. and he stopped picking calls as well as his boss Mr.Prabhakar.
he was also not responding to calls. just because now we were not interested for the case!! they literally harrassed a pregnant woman, then how can this company revert at the time of need
of stem cell !!!
now the ECS bounce charges of Rs. 295 has also been debited from account even after repeated reminders from us to them. they harrased me very badly.
Rahul Nayak has done the things fraudlently. now if we are talking to him, he is again and again saying< i will revert you, I will revert you.
I dont think so that Life Cell Company is a good company one should choose.
I just want a strict action to be taken against Rahul Nayak as well as Prabhakar for giving false information at every step and also for not reponding later on
and a refund of Rs.300 from the company.
