Cheating on product, I booked a Chappathi maker by an advance payment

I booked a Chappathi maker by an advance payment of Rs 200 with national appliances company in nagercoil In a venue of ideal home exhibition centre on 9th August 2019 conducted at Perumal Thirumana mandapam on the promise that the Chappathi maker is made on granite stone instead of non stick coating ... after that they delivered the product on 13th aug and demonstrated very well about product. At that time we asked repeatedly about granite made the delivery boy assured us that this product is granite made not a non stick coated . We believed that time and paid the balance Rs 2090 . After he left we just noticed the box cover mentioned as non stick coated product. Immediately we called the delivery boy within 10 min after the delivery he attended the call and we complained that this product is not granite made but it is non stick product , therefore we cannot accept this kind cheating and I demand my money back and asked him to take back the product ... he said it granite made but coated with non stick . I said that I cannot accept this product as I have been cheated . He told me to call the manager and I called the person MR.Palanisamy whom I booked at the exhibition centre he told me it is granite made but comes with non stick coating , I did not accept as they assured that this product is not nonstick Coated then he said he will check with his manager and call me but he never called ... I took the manager number from the delivery boy and called the manager ,he told me that the product is granite with non stick ... honestly this was not mentioned to me when I book as I am deadly against of non stick products ... then I requested that I do not need this product and I need my money back ..as I have not used and more over I immediately called the delivery boy within 10 minutes of the purchase . he said he will call after some time but he never called yesterday even after repeated calls from me ... again I called the manager and mr plalanisamy several time for the last 3 days both of them did not pick up my call and they cut off my calls this shows they lied to me when they sell and I did not how many customers may have been cheated in such a way as it happened to me ... this company is irresponsible and cheaters .. therefore I urge to take immediate action and I need my money back as early as possible.More over strong action to be taken by the court this should be a lesson for such companies
