Payment charged twice - April'18
I had booked the hotel in the month of April in Munnar and had paid the amount of INR 6833, which got debited twice.
I am following up with Makemytrip from April month but I haven't got my money back.
I have also shared my credit card statement, bank confirmation mail on the amount debited twice, so in piste of sharing all the details makemytrip has not refunded my money back.
Need your help in getting my money back. Its been 8 months I am following up with Makemytrip on this.

I have deposited money and was charged twice by instadebit. My bank account was charged and when I withdrew from my ruby fortune account they sent 4,830 to instadebit without my consent. After 2 weeks and proof shown to management as in bank statements etc ... still not collaborating.
