Bajaj finserv processed loan which i did not agree

I did not agree to the terms and conditions of Bajaj and there are several emails and facebook followup and no action is taken. here are the transcripts

ALL : Bajaj processed loans for terms and conditions which i did not agreed and i am fighting to get it cancelled for the past 6 weeks and none of the guys are acting on it.. Please do not deal anything with Bajaj

Ok Guys. Now its clear that you wanted to mess up with me. There is not even a single genuine guy in Bajaj to take the owner.

Suresh ( suresh.ragisetti@bajajfinserv.in) : You are Zero ethics guy.. I clearly communicated that I am not interested, Then just to get your target you processed using my old documents. I have all the recordings with me..Now you do not even want to take my call. You would repent for this.

Anandraj ( s.anandraj@bajajfinserv.in) , Murali ( 'murali.krishnan@bassindia.com') : Why the heck did your team process the loan when I told that I don’t need any and charge me which I did not agree.. Do you guys have any business ethics? What kind of organization is this? . I make my statement clear to back out the loan.
Gopi: I trusted you based on my previous transaction. For the past 2 weeks you repeatedly said that Bajaj is committed to reverse the amount and nothing has happened. This is a BIG MISTAKE I DID by trusting you . Atleast do it now.

Jos Jacinth Gnanasigamoni On June 29th , Bajaj asked for 4 days to resolve the issue but nothing happened. I followed up over emails ,no response. Even a local pawn broker would have ethics. Bajaj is definately no no.. Dont even talk with anyone who is from Bajaj and u would land up like this. If i face this kind of issue , i am wondering how much these guys would have cheated many in India. Bajaj.. Please BEGfor money instead of running a business like this. Bajaj do you think you would allow this to happen to you . Not bad at all i have been following for more than now 6 weeks .
