Dear,
I have booked a Refundable ticket From Makemytrip.com mobile app.and then after few day i tried to cancel the ticket.First they said this is not Refundable then i send them the screen shot i took at the time if booking that i applied filter for refundable ticket then it was appeared as per that you have to refund my full amount of ticket.after long coversation on mail and phone they agreed to cancel my ticket on 25th of March and ready to refund full amount then they Send me massage on 25th March that your Ticket has been Cancelled and your amount will be Sent back within 72 hours.and the same was showing on app also that money will be sent to bank within 48 hours.
But sir even after 21 days they have not refund my amount in my bank.even i trued to contact them on all social media platform and in app supprt chat section also but they everyday saying the same that within 24 hours ,48 hour, 72 hours we will process your refund and we are working on it.and after that they are not even g8ving me reply of may mails.
I request you kindly help me to get my Money back and because they harrased me so m7ch i need Compensation also.
