DEAR SIR,

I HAVE PURCHASE ONE KG GAJAR PAK FROM A SHOP NAMELY, SHRI SAI SWEETS MANDI STREET, SANGRUR.HE HAS WEIGH GAJAR PAK WITH BOX TOTAL WEIGHT 1 KG.AT HOME WHILE ON TASTE, THE QUALITY OF THE GAJAR PAK WITH NOT GOOD. I RETURNED HIM THE SAID GAJAR PAK. HE HAS ASKED ME TO TAKE MONEY IN THE EVENING. ON THE VERY NEXT DAY I WENT TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE SHOP.BUT THE CONFECTIONER HAS REPLIED TO BACK ME MONEY ALSO SAID TOOK SOME ONE OF SWEET.NOW HE IS NOT RETURNIG MY MONEY. SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM. ALSO CHECK QUALITY OF ALL SWEETS.
