I had Pizza from swiggy , and I have inciated cancellation process within 1min but it take time due to technical glitches in swiggy server. After that They denied to delivered order and also declined to refund paid amount.

They didn't agree to delivery order or refund the paid amount.

I requested to , please help me get refund and also provide compensation and legal remedy as suitable for me.
