Harassment of customers & Charging them more than enough

Dear Sir/Medam
As i was travelling towards jammu from Ambala cantt through Bus, We took a break on the location mentioned below. I asked one of the workers of the food point(Dhaba) about the price of Daal Chawal, and he replied 40 rupees. I thought it's good to have dinner here, so i ordered one and after finishing i heard some noise of customers arguing at bill counter with the same person who told me about per plate rate, he was charging 190 approx and when i asked him about my charges he told me 190 and i told him you're not doing good , everyone is not financially healthy , he kind of harassed me and said go get your bus very rudely. I feared so much i thought I'm from Kashmir he'll trash me. Then i met all the customers whom they charged the same their stress was same like me.
Sir they were so rude at charging. My request to you and your authority is just please visit once their as a customer, this just not happens on that very place, it happens allover punjab dhabas.
Please Sir give a brief reply to my complaint.
I'll be very thankful and the travellers too, I'm just lacking a hundred in my journey how could i reach home. Please don't be kind to them. I'll visit again and will have again dinner their later on and hopefully will see a good change. Thank you very much for giving attention to this complaint.
