I had order a B’day cake from Zomato on 21st Dec 18, The cake was very unhygienic, unhealthy,base cartoon of that cake was completely leaking water, finally that was neither a cake nor Black Forest. I complain to zomato customer service on 22nd early morning and mailed them a Video of that cake Quality and pics. Since 22nd Dec I am contacting to zomato customer service daily about the concern and they are neither giving me my revert nor telling me about the solution.
