Sir my name is Arpit bisaria and I am filing a Fir case against a fraud company name Ziddi Corporation. They took Rs 15000 with me for creating my website but they didn't done my work and now they are saying we will not do your work and saying we are not afraid for any complains. I have a receipt which proof that they a money with me. There names are Javed, Sujeet, Wahid, Parish and Chavvi they have done a fraud with me. They took money and done nothing.
Please help me to resolve this case and refund my amount.

I have already lodged complaint in your site showing how the Samsung Centre has been misbehaving with customer which can be nothing less than cheating and continuous harassment to a customer like me. My comments have been approved by your Office dated May 16,2018.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that my above complaint was forwarded to Reliance Digital outlet in Axis Mall, New Town, Kolkata as the set was purchased from them. Eventually Reliance Digital has done nothing except with a promise over phone to talk to Samsung Company. Since then nothing has happened.
This is to request to please take appropriate action against Samsung Service Centre, Rajarhat, New Town for confiscating my Samsung Mobile J-7 Prime surreptitiously under the disguise of repairing the defective Samsung Set for more than two months and not returning money i have demanded for selling a defective piece. The above set is under warranttee period. In any case i am not going to take back another mobile of the same brand as i fear that the mobile they will try to give me is also a defective assembled one to get rid of the problem.
Sir, please take stern action against the Samsung Service Centre as soon as possible.
