I am a reseller on instagram and i gave 4 cash on delivery orders to my dealer who lives in Bhatinda claims that he owns a shop at Sco 303 , Gali no. 21 , Ajeet Road , Bhatinda. I paid him money in advance , the customer also paid to the Fedex courier services but he has not paid me the amount since 20 days plus.
