Hostel owner is not replying after leaving hostel regarding deposit money

I used to live in hostel (294)silven spoon hostel rajeev gandhi nagar. I have written application to give back my 20 thousand deposit money and the hostel owner said it will take 1-2 week and deposit money will be added to my bank account.
Now it has been more than a month and they aren't taking my calls and not responding to my messages.
Kindly look into this
