Hi,
I am a manufacturer and wholesaler of men's shirt in Delhi. This guy is from Bikaner, and took material from me. He gave me cheques, but out of four cheques only one got cleared. He made me the commitment of clearing all dues by 15th April, and now he is threatening by saying "do whatever you want to do". He has blocked my lakh of rupees.
