Sir,
On 25/04/2014 I bought a maruti Ritz vdi from sarathy autocars pallimuk kollam. I bought with DD from Indian Bank. Recently I sold my car and had to change the hypothecation but when requested for the same, I was told that a request should be filed by Sarathy autocars in their letter head. But to this day months after I had requested them of it, they have been ignoring my plea.
I request for the court to intervene and solve my case.
