I'm a plus memeber of flipkart.

Kindly please help me.
I've ordered a product on 22nd june and it has to be delivered on 25th june
but it delayed and show it will be deliver on 26th june.
I was waiting for it but when it has not delivered on 26th june then I'm
little concerned and contacted flipkart.
Customer care told me that I've to wait for 24 hours to 48 hours. I waited
but nothing happened. So I'm contacting flipkart daily. They gave me a date
. I also received a SMS which shows that your issue will be resolved by 1st
July.
Nothing happened then they told me that your issue will be resolved by 4th
July then 6th July then 8th July, 10th july but nothing happened.
I'm just waiting and waiting like a fool for past 3 weeks.
I have placed order for laptop because it's urgent still I'm waiting for
too many days. Although I have no idea my laptop will be delivered or not.
I have wasted my time. I'm an student and it's very urgent for me 20 days
means alot to Me. I've wasted more than 22 days.
Then after 23 days they just cancelled my order.till then they used to say that it will deliver.
After that they send me gift coupon of 1000 rs and asked me to replace the order. But I can't replace the order as there is difference of ₹8500 between my ordered price and current price.
I'm a CS student and I need a laptop urgently.
