replace defected oven ...

I had purchase a Oven Toaster Griller on door step since 08 aug. 2015.This product isdefected and not as good as they told and not as shown as in coupen.I had called them within a month but they did not replied.Now they switched off phn.when I try to call them.I have to return this product. even after personally visited on mentioned address but due to uncomplete address not find office ,and no one responding after so many calls. so kindly suggest what i can do.
