y name is anuj kapoor i have purchase last year a membership in u plan with Manger Sudhir. 15000/- he give me plan 13 days plan of five years. now i am calling so many time to booking but he is give me no answer a send a number in whtsapp Mrs. Swati and she is also so unresponsive. here i attach some screen shot to prove that i am calling in all staff but no one response. now i am totally frustrated. please solve my problem as possible as soon otherwise refund my money .
