As called and offered by representative (Isneha)on mails by"sales@fantasytravels.co.in"
till i pay Rs.10000/(50% amount)for Flight tickets.

I have booked my package as per details provided by your company(Isneha) on 11 March 2016 by online as per guided by pratik (Payment department) and found some confirmation regarding payment (not authenticated) by credit card.

From that time to till , i am not getting a proper status of my booking as given by you and where is my scanned documents and other KYC?

I tried on calls many times but your representatives giving me only excuses and i really doubt about my payment and all details which is regarded to my honey moon package( dated 25/04/2016 to 30/04/2016).

Give me solutions and other confirmation without any delay.
