Sir,
I have registered for online test for preparation to science olympiad level 2 for my son from olympiad helper.com.
My order number is
But after logging in to the account given by them we are not getting the practice papers for which we need to reload the page several times. Even sometimes we got irritated and close it. It is not userfriendly and very cumbersome to get the practice papers by reloading it several times - time consuming and mental trauma to me and my son.
I am using broadband internet connection with good connectivity.
For this i tried to reach them my mail and telephonically. after repeated complain they phoned me once and try to solve it by changing my password which was not helpful.
After that neither they tried to respond to me or my phone call nor they are refunding my money.
I need your help. Thank you.
