Dear Sir/Mam,
I work in Hi-Tech natural Products (India) Ltd since 3rd Jan 2020 as ASM for Haryana along with my team, currently we are in pandemic lock down and co.sent us below mail on 17th Apr`20 and asking for lay off since 23rd march`20 in passed days whether our Govt already issued advisory to DO NOT. The co.Neither paid last month salary Nor expenses till date and asked for lay off. Now we are jobless without salary.

It is with regret that we inform you that you are being temporarily lay off from your position as Area Sales Manager effective from 23 March 2020. Lack of work necessitates this layoff.
Hi-Tech Natural Products will be implementing a temporary layoff (applicable to Sales Team and RSM, ASM, SO, SE, Promoter positions within the company). This notice is to inform you that your position is included in this layoff. We expect the layoff to last until at least 31 May 2020; however, we will re-evaluate the circumstances regularly and change this time frame. We are planning to recall temporarily layoff employees as business needs requires it – this will be conducted based on the position and seniority criteria.
Your employment continues to be at-will and nothing in this notice or other layoff communications is intended to be a contract.
We will continue to communicate with you regularly during the layoff period. If your personal contact information (phone/address) change, please provide your current contact information to human resources as soon as possible.
As always, you will be able to contact human resource personal with any questions you may have.
