We buy visa services from km international overseas (Opc) pvt ltd. We apply three visa from this company, company owner take 95, 000 cash and 18000 for our medical tests and biometric. On date 30 july 2018 at the time of apply company owner (Mr pardeep kumar and imran khan) said they will give visa to us in next 25 working days but till date we didn’t get any visa from them. First they make some excuses for delay in our work and when we force to them for our work and about time then they stop to pick our calls and start ignore our text messages also. Then we realise they don’t take seriously to my work then we all three friends ask to them for our refund. First 2 week they also make excuses for refund. And when we force to them again and again then 10 october agent said on 19 october they will finally give our visa to us and for surety we take a check from them for our refund. Mr pardeep kumar make check of 20 october (Check number: 000386, icici bank) but when we try to contact with them on 19 october they didn’t give any reply. Even they also add our all mobile numbers in rejecte list. When next day we submit check in bank for our refund but next few days that check was also bounced because of zero balance in company account. And after that nobody picks our calls and reply to my messages from company. Me and my 2 friends always try to contact with them but they don’t reply and then we start make calling on whatsapp they also blocked to us from them. Our passport was in company hands. Please help us.
Exceptions : we want if they able to provide visa befor 15 November then we agree for take visa otherwise after 15 November we need back our passport and refund ASAP.
