Persistent harassment I am facing due to shocking electricity bill of small 2bhk rented flat (NON-AC) of last 2 months Rs. 11,272. No solution or advice I received from from Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited. A bolt from the blue, meter usage showed 2121 units while average around 200 units. I paid all previous electricity bills of around Rs. 1thousand. It is really unexpected high amount. I already contacted to different officials and they are giving different opinions. I already paid Rs. 95 for check meter. Its not installed yet. Moreover, as it is a rented flat I am under pressure from owner also to pay it. I repeatedly appeal to the UPCL authority by phone conversation to rectify the bill and resolve the issue.
