Sub-Regarding Excessive Billing adding arear component head as interest

Dear Sir. I have taken an electric domestic connection account number -741808272113 from 06-05-2018.But unfortunately UPPCL and PVVNL has not been taking miter reading month wise and whenever the department of electricity has failed to provide me monthly billing despite sevaral request I have lodged a complaint on CM Jansunwai Portal for demand of bill.In response to my complaint Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd has taken Miter reading first time and send me a spot Bill on 10-12-2020 by claiming an amount of Rs 6034/-and also told me that this bill amount of not being paid by me then the connection will be reconnected.After receiving of this first time spot Bill I know about my account number and whenever I have enquired through online system about my monthly billing record I find out that there are huge amount of interest charges included as arear component head.So, therefore I asked to review the bill and requested to provide a revised electric bill.But the department refused to revise the bill and remarked that previous bill was correct Bill.Thus I was forced to pay huge amount of bill one time and unjustified arrear component has been taken from me.I was not given any monthly electric bill time to time regular basis due to fault of non miter reading monthwise.Further I beg to state you that from 06-05-18 to 10-12-2020 Total consumption units are only 744 and for this Total bill raised before me of Rs 6034/- which has been paid by me on 30-12-2020 though I was not satisfied because cost electricity stands calculated near about Rs 8.11 per unit for my village domestic consumption.They have changed unneaseary aarear components with this bill which is near about Rs 2000/- extra.So Bill amount flactuated.I am also requesting for per month wise calculation Bill but the department failed to provide.Therefore it is clear that excessive change of arrear components which is as interest compounded in my single Bill and demanded a single one time of Rs 6034/- So, please lodge my complaint regarding the matter and make an enquiry throughly and monthwise bill.I have sufferered mentatal torture by this electricity department .My electricity account office is Gopiganj BHADOHI.So look the matter urgently and lodge my complain immediately.
