sir ,
i paid prepaid electricity bill online on date 23/02/2017 but fail to get the voucher code provided by the company . I waited for 1 day but there was no response, next date i got email that your payment will be posted in my account within 2 days but till now there is no evidence of amount posting to my account .
My detail is as follows.
