Non-connection and non-cooperation

Respected Sir,

I, NARAYAN CHANDRA BHATTACHARJEE had applied for a new electric connection for my house on portal by application no 1004467746 with Contract Demand of 3000 Watt. Required money for this purpose was deposited online by Transaction ID: NUR26394229914 on Date: 15.06.2018 12:27:59 amounting Rs 6430.00.

It has been around 2 year (or 650 days) from the date I have paid the money for the new electric meter connection but till date no letter was issued to me explaining about the delay.

I have already submitted necessary documents like ID proof, anchal tax, deed/porcha for the premise at Domjur CCC. Again I have attached copy of the quotation, receipt with this as supporting documents.



Now, I am requesting you to provide the electricity meter or refund the amount at a date as early as possible.
I have registered two docket with corresponding docket no. 22798358 dated 27/05/2019 and 28469880 dated 20/02/2020.
However, till date no action was taken.
I also have visited the Domjur office to request a either disconnect my existing line and connect in my name. However, they have not provided any clear answer.
