Loose live wire, I had made a online request to electricity board

I had made a online request to electricity board of my area regarding the live wire which are very close to ground. But they ignore all time to solve the issue. Public is paying for the electricity expensive but in return there is not satisfactory service given by the board. I had made a request on 25/06/2108 to look after the issue , but board ignored. After that i again made a request to the board to look after the issue because the wire are very close to ground which may result in death of any casualty. But again they ignore. I requested to consumer court to look after the issue and to make a effective action against the electricity board
