Unprofessional & Uneducated staff, It was an auckward situtation for the parents

Dear Team,

In regards to the receipt number - TNL201803061148 which was registered on 22nd April 2018.

Since, It was an auckward situtation for the parents who has registered there kid (Harsimran Mahajan) to Byju's and faced a pathetic experience and will not recommend anyone to use the same.
Sales & Customer service: We were given false promises by the sales representative, Mr. Amrit Raj which he could not deliver. Executive told me byjus branches already opened in abroad or worldwide & Executive not pickup the phone once you're registered. Overall the customer service was also very poor & worst experience ever. The tablet was not configured the way it was promised & as per the center head of jankpuri branch (New Delhi) the cost of the tablet was around 20000/- & When we reached out to Amrit, he did not pay much attention as he already left byju's. Customer service also responds on queries 2-3 days late. Overall, they do not care once the product is sold. Content: This is also average. The ones which are on promotions are the best but once you purchase they are average. Many of them have basic grammar and conceptual issues. Some of the videos seem like spoon feeding. Cannot rely for students in formative years. They are not interested and mentally disturbed based on those people approach. Finally i have decided to return your package, as the student has faced tantrum like dumb student & It's really a shame that this sort of behavior is being done by the company who is operating in kids educational space and talks about value. I am really exploring now to file a case in consumer court for delay in refund and mental harassment.
Hence, It was told by once of your staff that we're not going to get any refund for the device which was purchased for 20000/- INR - I would appreciate your cooperation in returning the amount of the device along with the amoun which was left as a tution fee to process the same on priority. I dont like to escalate this on social media as it's of bad remark on your institute. Waiting for the quick response with immediate effect else you will see the consiquences very soon.
