1st Mail
Dear Pardeep
With due to respect that My name is Ankit and my wife name is Deepa who is studying in your institute (Western Overseas Study Abroad PVT. LTD , Vikash vihar , Ambala City) from last 3 months in IELTS but her mock Test is not cleared at the end of 3 month so finally i decide to change the institute.
So we have search other institute that provide PTE training and finally i search 2 or 3 institute that take fees RS. 5000/- or RS. 6000/- . But the problem is that has an average PTE trainer. But my wife fill the exam around 30 August to 5 September.
But at the same time your facility member says to my wife that you take an admission in PTE class and also says that we have best PTE trainer. After his conversation my wife take Demo class to the PTE Trainer & my wife judge she is the best PTE trainer and submit fees RS. 8000/- .
But after 2 or 3 days later same PTE trainer left the institute.
Actually my wife joined your institute due to perfect PTE trainer so we have pay RS.8000/- for good training but she is left the institute after 3 days.
So i want my money refund Rs. 8000/- . So I request you to please refund my money.
2nd Mail
Dear Mr. Pardeep,
With Reference to the trail mail, You have not replied on my mail yet. I have already explain that My wife is join PTE class in your institute on 6th August 2018 and due to there is no PTE trainer in your institute . So She has left on 10th August 2018 . But she had been paid RS. 8000/- in your institute. So right now I request to you second time please refund my payment.
3rd Mail
Dear Mr. Pardeep,
As we are communication on mail and via phone and verbally from long time for my refund amount and I have send mail on 21st Aug 2018 .However there is no revert received from your end till now. Already 17 days has been passed but you do not refund my amount Rs.8000/- yet.
If you will not reply on my mail Or not refund my amount then I will take the legal action against Mr. Pradeep Balyan.
