Jamboree Education Consultancy Refund Issue

Education Complaint Complaint Date: November 9, 2019
I registered my application for MBA on 13/11/2018. On January 6, 2018, I requested for extension of application.
The extension is applicable until January 9, 2020.

When I decided that I do not want to study MBA and requested to withdraw my application, the consultancy said that the amount will not be refunded.

I have not availed any services by the consultancy. So, I requested a full refund.

Also, the previous manager is also removed from his position and the new manager is not hearing any requests.

This seems like a fraud by the consultancy as the person who assured me that everything will be done is now removed from his position.

I have attached a screenshot of the email I sent to the previous manager but the email is now unavailable.
