I am not getting my scholarship for this year

I am studying in final year Bsc nursing and this year is going to finish and I have to pay the fees for this year.I have to pay my fees if I can get scholarship then I will pay my fees.My friends also studying with me but she get her scholarship in August then why not me???If government had to provide then provide everyone on time.please do something as soon as possible then I can get my scholarship.
