HTET fee deducted twice and not refunded after multiple reminders

Dear Sir/Mam,

I filled form for HTET on 21st Nov 2018 for TGT Mathematics and after making the payment, the amount (INR 1000) has been deducted from my account but it is still showing payment pending.
My registration no is: 5020994
Transaction ID is: 183253066999

I had already sent multiple reminders but no action has been taken so far. Please take corrective action asap.

    Respected sir, I am in the summer of 2023. I have paid 100 rs and I have received a mail that the transaction has been done by CBSE but my application is not being submitted. Now I have opened my application form and now the option of payment is available again for paying fee...sir please tell me what to do..because I have already made the payment once. Please help me.
