Dear Sir,
With respect to the subject cited above i was sent the application form for degree certificate of convocation B. Tech civil Engineering 2014 in previous year April 2016. But my application is returned back with observation that you are applying the application form after August 2016.
Sir i wants to know that once i pay fee for convocation than today it is required to pay again.
For this i am very grateful to you.
