Byju's not paying money back

Dear Sir,
On 10.07.2022 we took Byju's subscription on trail basis by paying money of 5000Rs. From Byju's a Person called Mr.Uday Naidu ( 9603619739) came to my house and done all the process for subscription. As per their terms and conditions free trail will be for 15 days and after that if we want to cancel the subscription money will be paid back. After 7 days we realized that my child is feeling so stress to manage both school and Byju's classes, so we decided to cancel it.
Immediately I started sending mails to them for cancellation but everytime they are saying ok it is under process. But recently one of their senior manager called to my wife and spoken very rudely saying that your money will not be paid and said do whatever you want to do.
