We have complaint a bsnl office and their higher authority about the our landline is our off order. Till today no man come for check the connection. even bsnl pole is not connected with wires. We are paying a bsnl bill from last three month . we request you to help us to return our bill paid amount , and other amount for Inconvenience and postal charges of complain and others.
