Uber eats money deducted but food not delivered and harrasment in name of refund since last 15 days

I placed a food order through food delivery app uber eats, after the order was placed and amount was deducted from my bank account, the app behaved like nothing has happened and went back to home screen without placing the order successfully,


I understood that it might be a technical glitch , so i contacted customer.asking for refund of 76.20 rupees

But even after several requests and emails and sending them my bank account statement from the date pf order to till date as per there request, they are not ready to accept that I've not received the amount

They are Only speaking in tone of we have credited the amount to your bank account repeatedly, kindly help
