Sir,
Visited Jaipur on 14thFeb2018. Placed order for shoe and chappals vide no.714 of 14/2/18. Items on receipt by VPP found differs from what firm have shown/assured. Details discrepancy viz.

(1). My shoe size is number 5 ,(2).colour chosen was Burgundy and
(3).shoe with laces
whereas received size 6 adding (2+2)extra sheets of insoles, black colour and without lace.

The same was rejected when shown
at shop and then assured to send as per our requirement.
This is nothing but appears intentional harresment also breach of trust by the dealer.
