Products were ordered from www.toolwale.com on dated 21/04/2018 and payment was made online to the website but till date the ordered products have not been delivered to my address. Emails sent by me to all there mentioned email address are getting failed photos uploaded with this complaint, calls on tollfree number is diverted to voicemail and no callback is being made from there also. I have tried sending letter through speed post to there address which got delivered screenshot has been attached also but of no use as they have still not delivered the products. One call was received from 9871283083 who claimed to be the manager of the company kept on giving false statements regarding the dispatch of products and wrong tracking details were provided by him and now more than a month has passed neither the products have been received nor that number is receiving my call. The address of the company on which the speed post got delivered is as “24/20, 21, Sangam Complex, Sharma Market, Sector-5, Noida-201301, U.P.”
