I have recently returned a product worth rs 2000 from shein to ad -dlhvry agent and then by evening I have received a msg from the ad-dlhvry saying that the agent was unable to pick up the return order.And then I called the ad-dlhvry agent who picked my return order.so it was on call I was asking like what is this you have already took the return pickup of my order and so and guess what he replies ....he told me that he hasn't came and it was not him who took up the return order at seems .I have got no clue on how to approach this issue
